Ingredients

Instructions

  • Break chocolate bar into smaller pieces and place them in a large heat-proof bowl. Set the bowl over a pot filled with 2 inches of simmering water. Stir until chocolate has melted.
  • Mash the avocado making sure to break small lumps. The best way to do this is to push scooped avocado through a fine metal strainer.
  • Turn off the heat and place the bowl on a counter. Add avocado and Matcha powder and stir to combine. The mixture will harden.
  • Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Using your hands roll the mixture into small balls and coat them with cacao powder. Enjoy!
