Mussels Pasta In White Wine Sauce

- 4 oz Barilla® Collezione Bucatini
- 2 lb fresh mussels cleaned and open shells discarded
- ¾ c white wine
- 7 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 shallot finely minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Add 1 tablespoon of thyme, lemon zest, white wine, mussels, ¾ tsp of salt and pepper. Give everything a nice stir and cook until mussels are cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
Combine mussels and pasta
