    • 3 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 yellow onion
    • 3 carrots
    • 2 stalks celery
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 2 cups vegan chicken pieces
    • ½ cup parsley chopped

    • 3,5 oz pasta noodles
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ teaspoon salt
